How much does LiveAssistance Service cost?
We have different pricing models depending on your needs. Pricing models include
pricing by minute and by call. Please call our sales department for a proposal.

Pricing for LiveAssistance Center varies depending on the number of user licsenses you
require. Please call our sales department for a proposal.
How am I billed?
You will be billed on a bi-weekly basis, some conditions may
warrant a monthly billing cycle.

How long does it take to become live with LiveAssistance?
Once you fill out the application and sign the contract you can be Live within
24 hours.
What sort of contract must I sign?
It is a simple contract with no minimum use or time requirements.

General Questions
Does LiveAssistance use automated responses?
We have pre-defined quotes, which help the operators to ask questions specific to the site. They are regulated by the client
as to how many are available to the operator, but in general we make our chats as human as possible.
Does LiveAssistance require a download for it to function on my customers computer?
No, LiveAssistance is an HTML based program and can be viewed by most browsers (including AOL). It uses very little Java, which
makes it firewall safe.
How will the operators know how to answer my customer's questions?
All of our clients must fill out a Knowledge Base for our operators to use
as a reference when answering calls on your behalf. This knowledge base can be changed
and updated by you at any time.
How do I know if the operators are properly answering my questions?
We train all of our operators to answer questions based upon the knowledge base which, you
the client will fill out. Through a password protected client menu, all of our clients have the ability
to view the transcripts that are automatically generated when the chat occurs.

Can I customize the way that the chat looks to fit into the design of my website?
Yes! All LiveAssistance clients have the ability to customize the look and colors through
our password protected client configuration menu.
My site has the potential for a lot of traffic, do you have enough operators to handle a
large call volume?
LiveAssistance is operated and managed by International Business Systems, Inc. and are located in Chantilly,
VA. We can also increase our staff very quickly based upon your needs.
Do you also offer a traditional inbound call center service?
Yes we do. Our call center facility has a Northern Telecom ACD/IVR to combine LiveAssistance with an inbound
toll free line. We have the ability to answer millions of telephone calls per year.
